Kids Selfie Camera X2

This camera turned out better than I hoped. It's a godsend for any parent who is tired of handing their kid their cellphone so they can take pictures. First off, this camera is generic hardware: if you search amazon, you'll see the same electronics (look for the signature pushbutton arrangement) available under a variety of badges with a variety of case styles. They're all the same camera inside. This one (badged under Seckton) was priced about mid-range, but came with a microSD card. Usability: The controls are simple. Once I showed my 4 y.o. how to turn it on, within a couple of minutes he was taking photos, videos, playing games, and discovering features that I hadn't known were there yet. Durability: It's definitely kid-proof. The lens is is plastic, and the glass screen is strong enough that my nephews were able to throw the camera across the room with no obvious harm to the camera. Quality: The picture quality is good enough. Like any camera with a plastic lens, the photos have an artsy "Holga"-esque quality to them. The camera integrates two cameras: one forward-face, and one backwards-facing for selfies. Both work great. The camera also integrates a microphone so you won't lose the audio when your kid starts singing or newscasting into their videos. Features: The camera integrates some primitive games (snake, for example). Enough to make a kid happy their there, but not enough to steal a kid's attention away for more than a few minutes at a time. It also integrates some pretty neat artistic features: colorful frames, sprites (hats, glasses, mustache) that can be superimposed on the image, and a few stranger modes (various color mappings, and some fairly nice "mirror" and "insect eye" distortion modes. The camera also integrates an mp3 player -- byo mp3s. I'm really happy with this product. It's cheap enough that I won't cry when it is inevitably lost or destroyed, but good enough that the kid can take great pictures with it. I periodically steal the phone overnight and raid it for photographic treasures. Some of the photos the kids take are priceless treasure!

So my daughter did it again, she kept stealing my phone and taking tons of pictures with it. I love her artistic streak and thought this would help nurture her artistic ability and also get me my phone back. Win win!

I gave this as a birthday gift to my grandson and he couldn��t put it down. It��s rechargeable, does photos and videos and has a built in game. It does a lot for the price.

I gave this to my granddaughter for her 4th birthday. She had been asking for a camera of her own for a little while. The camera itself is of great quality for a kiddie camera, the parents appreciated that it was digital and not Polaroid and my granddaughter was actually able to use independently with ease, after we taught her how. I would purchase again, and I highly recommend it to others.

Such a perfect present. The camera is super easy to use with only a few buttons. Durable, small for little hands, comes with a lanyard so they can carry it around their neck, a usb stick to transfer pictures onto computer and an SD card. You can take selfie��s, pictures with filters and videos. Im honestly super impressed with this little guy and everyone who saw our kid with it was amazed at the quality and capabilities for a kids camera that doesn��t come with a hefty price tag. The only thing we did adjust on ours is when we first turned it on, it would count down from 5 before every photo and our little one wasn��t going to stand still with the camera on an image for 5 seconds. It now takes them whenever she snaps the picture.

I thought the product was small but it fits perfectly into my 5 year old great-grandson's hands. He loves it. It does everything a bigger camera does and he was delighted that it even has games to play on it.

I wanted to get something special for our youngest granddaughter (age 6) and did this ever prove the hit of the party! I wanted something that brought tech with reach, but not something that would frustrate her as she learned to use it. This small video camera was exactly what I had in mind. It is small enough for her to handle, tightly enclosed in its sealed, plastic body and tough enough to survive in her rough tumble play and picture hunting forays. According to her parents, it has been in her hand from morning til night for over a month now and others are popping up in the neighborhood as word spreads about the fabulous video camera Missy got for her birthday. Grandpa is delighted with the camera and Missy is over the moon about it!

Great purchase for my young kids. Easy to function for my 7 and 9 year olds. Love that the cameras came with the memory cards and a neck string to help prevent them being dropped. The filters are great fun. Battery lasted about 2 full days of heavy use on vacation. It also has an auto off feature to help with the battery life. Only downside is the actual camera is very small, like the entire thing fits on my palm. Because of this the display is quite small so its easier to review photos after downloading to your computer.

This camera appears to be simple, but it's packed full of fun things for your kid to use. Not only are there filters, but different camera settings that they can tinker with like a timer, and the ability to take video is also pretty great! Since it comes with a 32gb card, your little one can take as many pictures as they can snap away. There are also built in games and I believe you can load in music if you wanted to. My child loves it and I am sure your child will too.

I can't speak to the quality of pictures possible with this camera, but it comes with a 32gb memory card, the same size I use for my own camera, and it has stored all the high resolution pictures I've taken for years. If you are looking for a nice gift for a young child, this is bound to be a hit. My granddaughter says this is an all-time favorite with her daughter. And that's saying something about a child who is not lacking for amusements in her toy box.

I purchased this for my son that is 4. When it arrived, I played with it before wrapping it. It��s pretty cool for a 4 year old. It��s durable and easy to use. He usually plays with my phone so I know he can learn to use this. The games I believe there was one similar to snake lol for us older people snake was prob the best game to have on your phone at one point. It comes with a SD card, a lanyard and a memory stick. I can��t wait for him to open it. I��m currently looking for a tripod stand and a ring light also for him to use. Hopefully I can find one.

To me and my daughter, the best part is how small it is! Zero electronics for my kids so this was a big deal to her I guess. I can see how it can be a disappointment if your child is use to a tablet? It is small but it��s adorable and perfect for what she needed. To take along with her on trips/play dates and take pics. She carries it around her neck or in a case I also purchased. My one question about it and I can��t seem to find is how can I get a memory card for it? Max 50 photos.

Super cute camera! Super easy to use, and the picture quality is surprisingly good! I love that it is rechargeable, and that it doesn��t take forever to charge. You really get a lot for a little kids camera that is so affordable! The camera can reverse so the can take selfies... they can zoom in and out, they can take pictures or videos. No sound , but with a little one sometimes that is best ;-). The fact that it comes with its own SD card is fabulous. Definitely enough space to just keep snapping. Lol Make sure you review the photos often... lol. Our almost 4 yr old truly loves taking pics everywhere and of everything. Haha. She took over 350 pics the first day... after deleting the blurry ones or ?? Ones, we ended up with 120 or so which transferred easily to the computer. It does come with a micro usb charger... Make sure to have an extra base to plug the standard USB into so you can charge at a wall vs the computer all the time. ;-). And, this company offers a cute hard case for it... well worth it as well! Great purchase!!

Great little camera! My son (5 years old) absolutely loves taking pictures of everything! It is pretty tough and trust me he beats it around pretty good. It's easy to use, has a good battery life and has some pretty cool extra features for kids (games, photo editing, etc) This one was a win! Only downside is the lanyard that comes with it is not very substantial at all. I've made several repairs to it.

They keep playing with that everyday! However, remember this is a toy not a real camera so let's not talk about the quality like others do. We don't expect much from a kid's toy, but for them it's enough as they could play around and have fun with the camera. There are also games on the camera to keep them entertained as well, but those are not 2-3 years old games as they require a lot of thinking and reaction.

I was skeptical when purchasing this item for my 3 year old considering how low cost it was, but I was very suprised when it arrived. This is a very nice little camera with good resolution and comes with a memory card for a lot of photo storage. This also shoots 1080p video. My son loves it and it has been durable so far and has survived multiple drops and keeps working. Great little camera for kids!

My four year old grandson went bonkers over this camera! He absolutely loved it. It��s a great size for little hands. It has all the bells and whistles, including video, choices of how the picture will look, and some added games. The pictures can be easily transferred to a computer. This grandmother scored big time with this gift. My grandson is so excited to take it to Disney World next week.

Great little camera for my 6-ur old! Super light, easy to use (intuitive buttons), and super entertaining. Kids can take pics with effects (adding a mousstache or crown or mirrored effect etc). There are also games to play (including Tetris). Comes with handy strap to take it on hikes. Great quality toy camera. Would make a great gift for any child (5-8yrs)

I bought these for my 2 and 3 year olds! They are perfect for their little hands, relatively easy for them to use. My 3 year is able to play games on it and take more advantage of all the features. The cameras get tossed around a lot so these are great because of their durability. Picture quality is really good for what it is! Exactly what I was looking for for my toddlers! Definitely recommend it!

This camera is great for my 6 year old sister with Down syndrome. She figures it out so much easier then other toy cameras and!! This one actually takes the picture and saves it. I love that she can have her own and it��s so easy for her to use

This is so good product and durable and most important is it��s holds charging very well. My kids love them a lot . They take pictures and they are having fun with camera.the material is good so soft and strong. I definitely recommend for kids especially toddlers.

Purchased this for my 2 year old daughter soon to be 3 year old and she loves it! Holds 40- 50ish pictures (can't remember off the top of my head). May hold more but we didn't add the memory card. Has 3 games. Charges by connecting to a laptop. It is durable for little ones.

Fun toy for a young child. The camera does take pictures, and there are great filter options That can be included in the pictures. Keep this as a gift and she enjoyed every moment with it

This is a very cute and durable little camera, that actually works! Got it for my sons fifth birthday when he randomly asked for a blue camera that takes real pictures. He loves it!

We absolutely love this camera! It is small but super cute! It also has games on it which we love. We love that it comes with it's own usb and when you transfer the picture to a computer, the quality is pretty good for a children's camera!

Bought this for my grandson for Christmas. It charged when they opened it but when it needed to be charged again it would not hold a charge. The return window had closed 3 days prior so I called customer service and they promptly sent out another camera. It is a nice little camera that my grandson really enjoys. I would have only given 1 star but with the fast response in getting a replacement I am giving it 5.

I got this for my sons 4th birthday. The camera works as a ��traditional�� digital camera with just a screen to see the shot (no eye hole thing) and a selfie camera. It also has a timer you can turn on. The pictures can have affects too, like frames (see the picture uploaded), colors, mustaches, etc. It takes videos, comes with 3 preloaded games, and could play music if you uploaded some to its memory card. Overall it takes decent fotos, I uploaded some of my sons shots and the first one is ��bad�� quality but it was taken on a gray day through a window, and the others on sunny days outdoors.

Bought this for my 4 year old son. He loves it! We were surprised how small this actually is. It easily fits in one hand for my son and it looks tiny in mine or my husband's hand. It is very sturdy (it's been dropped several times already) and it has a decent memory size. The delay from clicking button to picture being taken is something my son is still getting used to but he's snapped quite a few unexpectedly good photos. He also like to play with the fact that there is a delay and will push the button and then spinn the camera or wiggle it to create a blurry photo. He thinks it's awesome. I'm happy with the quality and the price. Worth every penny for my son to learn to use a camera and snap a bunch of good photos that no one expected ??

I bought one each for my nephews 8, 5 and 3 years old. Kids know how to operate technology, LOL and they loved the cameras for taking pictures and videos. Amazingly even the 3 year old was really happy with his own camera. There is also games and music, alternate backgrounds. The quality was very good and very pleased with this purchase. Just a warning, the tiny SIM card is not installed in the camera so grab it quick and install into the camera. Only 1 I purchased was fully charged... had to charge the other 2 prior to giving.

It's a very small camera. It's for my son, Hes 7 and loves taking pictures. We are giving it to him for his birthday next month so we will see how it goes. It's easy to use and the pictures seem to come in clear. The USB that came with it is cracked however.
